Your brick(s) will be displayed
during the entire lifetime of the building Top Dog Tower (minimum 3 years)
guaranteed.
Occasionally servers experience downtime for routine
maintenance and this will be kept to a minimum.

When you buy a brick on
Top Dog Tower you will not own in whole or in part
any part of the domain
www.topdogcity.com. You
are granted the right to submit an image and link which will be published on
Top Dog Tower and have the right to make the claim that you
are part of this unique virtual project.

It is not possible to
change your image or link once the brick is added to the building.
However, exceptional circumstances will be accommodated. You will not be
entitled to a refund if your web site ceases to exist after payment has been
accepted from you.

Once your image
and link are published you will
not be entitled to a refund.

The domain
www.topdogcity.com is frequented by
young and old alike. As such, we will not accept images that contain
adult content or obscene and offensive material.
Redirecting the published URL after approval to
an unapproved
web site will result in immediate removal of your brick and you will not
receive a refund.

Images will be
displayed in the appropriate level of the building you have paid for.

Images must be in GIF,
JPEG or PNG format -
strictly no animations please.

Once payment has been made we will endeavour to prepare and publish your brick
on Top Dog Tower within 48 hours (please be patient during rush times, your
brick will be in the queue and added promptly).

We promise to donate
20%
of all profits made from the sale of bricks on Top Dog Tower on a 50/50 split
between The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and UNICEF. Profits are deemed to be
the total funds remaining in the pot after payment of Paypal fees
only.
